Nasi Lemak ;)
Yesterday morning woke up early.. Dunno why~ Then I see show never eat breakfast.. =.=" Then brother come down say go Giant wan buy things to cook. Then I follow.. We bought dried chillies, shallots, onion, pandan leaves, chilli and tomato seeds, santan, tamarind juice, chicken, eggs and garlic I think thats all eh.. Then seeds not for cooking wan =D. LOL~ We come home we straight away cook ^^ We see the recipe book and cook wan haha.. Give you all see the picture caught when cooking time xD
The nasi lemak.. Haha.. This is my brother's wan. Mine I take the picture very ugly so I use this ^^ LOL I tak ada bakat ambil gambar ma. Hahhaa ^^ Ate 2 bowls each person. ZzzZzzz so full.
Our nasi lemak rice.. ^^ 1 and a half cup rice we put. So much jor. Haha I estimated and tought wan to put 5 cups of rice walau eh.. Later cannot finish lo ahaha.. This took lots of time to do =.=" Must peel the shallot's skin =.= So hard.. At least garlic easier haha.. Put alot of santan liao. But forgot put salt sigh. So not much taste. Somemore added water ahaha dunno must add or not lerh xD
Haha ikan bilis xD.. Cook until crunchy edi.. But then abit hangus lerh.. LOL.. But very nice ^^ Haha I cook wan lerh.. My brother also help la he help put oil ^^ lolslolslols~
Luckily my brother remember to do eggs. Haha.. After finish everything only I remember no egg xD Luckily my brother do already~ Haha.. Or not no egg to eat =P
This is called "Sambal Tamarind" made by my brother and I =) Not nice la this sambal!! Doesn't taste like sambal at all.. ZzzZzz.. Not spicy, no sambal taste and sour taste =.=" Read the recipe book follow wan haha.. Fail!! xD Somemore brown colour wan this. The recipe book the sambal soo nice red red wan ^^ LOL so next time if wan do again must jia you o..~
At last, we cook chicken.. LOL.. See the "wok" LOL black black wan xD After cooking the sambal wan. =.=" The chicken no taste wan lols.. But nice lerh~ xD Left 2 more chicken at the refrigerator~ Can cook again next time wanna marinate its lols.. ^_^
